01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and az999 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the az999 website at az999.ws, including all casino, sportsbook, and related services offered thereon.

- You must not be a self-excluded player or a player who has previously been suspended or permanently banned from the az999 platform.
03Account Registration and Management
Each eligible individual may register and operate only one az999 account. az999 reserves the right to merge, close, or link accounts that appear to belong to the same individual. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. az999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- You must notify az999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. az999 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report.
- Account information, including your registered mobile number, may be updated by contacting az999 support. Identity verification will be required before changes to sensitive account details are processed.
- az999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time in cases of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct contrary to the fair operation of the platform.
- Players requesting permanent account closure may do so via az999 live chat or email support. Upon closure, any bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
az999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Identity and payment verification may be required before processing withdrawals. Players who do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
az999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through supported payment channels. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate before initiating any transaction.
- Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via participating Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, az999 will process the withdrawal via an alternative BDT-supported channel following identity verification.
- az999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges independent of az999. Players should consult their provider's fee schedule directly.
- Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may extend during high-demand periods or while KYC verification is pending.
- All funds deposited into your az999 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. az999 does not accept third-party deposits. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the account may be subject to investigation.
05Bonuses and Promotions
az999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players periodically. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. Players are strongly advised to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to rollover requirements before conversion to real-money funds. Where an account holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds are used first unless game rules specify otherwise.
- az999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, and to cancel any bonus or free spin credited to a player's account if the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
- Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once will have duplicate bonuses forfeited and accounts permanently closed. Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household basis unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. Live casino bets and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate than slot bets. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
az999 is not responsible for any tax liability arising from bonus winnings. Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes under the laws of their jurisdiction.
06Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all games, betting markets, and activities available on az999. Specific game rules are displayed within each game's interface. Where game-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, game-specific rules prevail for that game only.
- Bets placed and accepted by the az999 system are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where game rules expressly permit it.
- az999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result determined to have resulted from a technical malfunction, data error, or system failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Odds and payouts on the az999 sportsbook may be updated in real time. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the applicable odds. Subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect previously confirmed bets.
- Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a sporting event without prior notice. Bets confirmed before a market suspension remain valid unless the event itself is voided.
- Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types or betting markets. Where a win cap is in force, winnings above the cap are paid at the cap amount. Maximum win limits are disclosed in the relevant game or market information.
07Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on az999. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where required:
- Registering more than one account on az999, whether under the same or different personal details, to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any activity on az999 that would provide an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live dealer games, coordinate betting patterns, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market on az999.
- Using az999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. az999 is obligated to report suspicious financial transactions and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to obtain winnings unavailable under normal operating conditions. Winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account may be suspended.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your az999 account, including sharing login credentials with family members, friends, or any other person. Each az999 account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
08Responsible Gaming
az999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. az999 recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes active steps to support player wellbeing.
- Deposit limit tools allow players to cap their daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
- Self-exclusion allows a player to voluntarily restrict their access to az999 for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact az999 support to self-exclude.

10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, az999 disclaims all liability for the following categories of loss or damage:
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party disruption, or circumstances beyond az999's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or connected with a player's use of az999, even if az999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on az999 — including odds, game rules, or promotional information — where such information contained errors that were not known to az999 at the time of publication.
11Privacy and Data Protection

12Amendments to Terms
az999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, az999 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the website and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered contact details.
The version of these Terms in effect when a player places a bet or initiates a transaction governs that specific transaction. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets or transactions already placed or completed.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the az999 platform. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through az999's internal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting az999 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through az999's internal complaints procedure within a reasonable time, the player may escalate the matter through any available external dispute resolution process. az999 will cooperate in good faith with any such process. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights.
